Influence of group psychological counseling on anxiety and depression in glaucoma patients

[目的]探讨团体心理咨询对青光眼病人焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。[方法]将我院住院手术的青光眼病人62例随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规手术、药物治疗以及健康教育。干预组在对照组基础上给予团体心理咨询。用汉密尔顿焦虑及抑郁量表评价两组病人术前及术后焦虑、抑郁程度。[结果]两组青光眼病人均存在不同程度的焦虑与抑郁情绪,干预组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组。[结论]青光眼病人术前、术后均存在不同程度的焦虑及抑郁情绪,团体心理咨询可改善青光眼病人不良情绪。

Study on effect of psychological intervention for improving nursing students’ psychological state

[目的]探索心理干预改善护生焦虑、抑郁情绪的效果,探讨提高护生心理健康水平的干预方法。[方法]选取我校护理专业学生为调查群体,运用心理测评和SCID访谈诊断,对筛选出的焦虑合并抑郁状态的护生共17人为干预组,实施团体和个体心理行为干预;选择焦虑抑郁得分最低且访谈诊断无焦虑抑郁的17名护生为对照组,比较两组护生干预前后焦虑抑郁水平,并将结果进行重复测量方差分析。[结果]两组时间的主效应显著,时间和组别的交互效应显著,干预组在不同测量时间点的焦虑、抑郁分数变化显著,而对照组变化不显著。[结论 ...
