Influence of group psychological counseling on anxiety and depression in glaucoma patients
Huli yanjiu, 2015 [目的]探讨团体心理咨询对青光眼病人焦虑、抑郁情绪的影响。[方法]将我院住院手术的青光眼病人62例随机分为干预组和对照组。对照组给予常规手术、药物治疗以及健康教育。干预组在对照组基础上给予团体心理咨询。用汉密尔顿焦虑及抑郁量表评价两组病人术前及术后焦虑、抑郁程度。[结果]两组青光眼病人均存在不同程度的焦虑与抑郁情绪,干预组干预后焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组。[结论]青光眼病人术前、术后均存在不同程度的焦虑及抑郁情绪,团体心理咨询可改善青光眼病人不良情绪。
