频域特征自适应提取的铣削颤振判别方法

铣削过程中动态切厚的再生效应引发的加工颤振现象严重影响加工质量和效率。对加工过程进行在线监测并及时相应采取措施,是避免加工颤振的重要手段。针对颤振特征现有自适应提取方法计算量大、模型结构复杂等问题,基于颤振信号的频域特性,提出频域特征自适应提取的铣削颤振判别方法。首先,分析颤振信号的频域特性;其次,设计频域特征自适应提取网络;然后,引入通道注意力机制,优化特征提取过程;最后,通过实验验证所提出方法的有效性。结果表明:该方法识别准确率在98%以上,同时显著提高了判别效率。

不同分辨率DEM提取切沟形态特征参数的转化研究
