亚洲临床医学杂志, 2021 急性肾损伤（Acute kidney injury,AKI）是由各种病因引起肾功能在短时间内快速减退而导致的临床综合征。AKI在世界范围内的发病率及死亡率都很高，且花费巨大。AKI已成为慢性肾脏病（Chronic kidney diseases，CKD）进展的一个公认的危险因素。论文主要针对AKI向CKD发展过程中，部分新的生物标志物及如何预防AKI后CKD的进展进行主要阐述，为临床中早期识别AKI患者并实施干预作出一定的依据。

J Diabetes, 2023 Highlights In the first trimester, the plasma mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) was higher in women who developed gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) than in women who did not develop GDM during their pregnancy. The increased levels of plasma mtDNA were independent of age and fasting plasma glucose levels in the first trimester.
