Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2010 目的观察多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶与白细胞介素-1α对人角膜基质细胞表达的MMP-2、MMP-9的影响,进而探讨角膜溃疡的发生机理。方法体外培养人角膜基质细胞,在培养液中添加或不添加多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶或白细胞介素-1α,培养5天,通过明胶酶谱分析的方法测定培养上清中的MMP-2和MMP-9的表达。结果体外培养的人角膜基质细胞无任何刺激下可释放MMP-2;白细胞介素-1α可加强并激活MMP-2的表达,同时可诱导MMP-9前体的释放;多核白细胞弹性蛋白酶在白细胞介素-1α诱导下可完全激活前体MMP ...

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 1999 目的探讨Rb蛋白的表达状况与肺癌细胞分类的关系及肺癌细胞癌变的机制。方法采用Westernblotting方法，检测人类13种小细胞肺癌、9种非小细胞肺癌细胞株Rb蛋白的表达。结果和结论10种小细胞肺癌细胞株存在Rb蛋白的缺失或变异，而非小细胞肺癌细胞株则无此改变，对具有较宽Rb带纹的3种小细胞肺癌和9种非小细胞肺癌细胞株进行了Rb蛋白分型，发现2种小细胞肺癌和7种非小细胞肺癌细胞株以磷酸化型Rb蛋白为主。
