基于微卫星的大熊猫群体遗传多样性分析及亲子鉴定

为了探究秦岭大熊猫（Ailuropoda melanoleuca qinlingensis）圈养种群的遗传多样性和亲子关系，指导其科学繁育，本研究建立了一套优化的技术体系。利用筛选出的9个高分辨率微卫星位点（以四碱基重复为主）进行PCR扩增与毛细管电泳分型，并对32只个体进行遗传多样性分析。结果显示：通过均质化与热孵育预处理，显著提升了粪便样本中宿主基因组DNA的得率与质量。秦岭大熊猫群体Ho为0.281 ~0.938，平均为0.596，He为0.391 ~ 0.793，平均为0.560， Ho >
