目的对脂质体流感疫苗体液免疫和细胞免疫效果进行评价。方法血凝抑制法(HI)和ELISA法检测特异性抗体;MTT法检测小鼠淋巴细胞增殖情况;流式细胞仪测小鼠T淋巴细胞表面标记;ELISA法检测小鼠肺内溶物中细胞因子含量。结果脂质体流感抗原可激发更强的体液免疫;脾细胞增殖效率,CD4水平和CD4/CD8比例,以及细胞因子(IL-4、IFN-γ)水平均有显著的增强作用。结论脂质体流感疫苗能够刺激机体产生较高的体液免疫,并且能够激发机体产生细胞免疫。
