实用医学研究, 2019 论文针对急性心肌梗死病人的治疗进行分析，探究急性心肌梗死（AMI）患者血清 B 型钠尿肽（BNP）、肌钙蛋白 I（cTnI）联合检测的临床价值。将泰安市第一人民医院收治的 AMI 患者 45 例及同期该院的 15 例无器质性病变胸痛者作为研究对象，AMI 患者依据梗死区部位不同，分为前壁组、下壁组、广泛前壁组，均检测血清 BNP 及 cTnI，并进行观察比较单一检测与联合检测灵敏度与特异度。
