Ethical Leadership Promoting Professional Development
, 2018 [[abstract]]本文主要目的在探尋可以落實教保專業倫理、提高專業形象、促進專業發展的幼兒園領導模式。透過企業倫理與教育領導倫理議題的文獻探討，以及高品質幼兒園所的領導研究分析，發現在倫理、道德、關懷等共同議題上，企業組織與教育機構的領導目標近年來呈現相同的發展趨勢，而高品質幼兒園所也發現類似的領導特質：對內強調關懷信任與學習成長、對外重視責任承諾與永續發展。台灣幼兒園過去在專業發展的努力方向，偏重於發展課程特色、提昇教師資格、加強經營管理或行銷策略等，較少注意到一般企業與教育機構藉由倫理倡議 ...
