Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2022 ＜正＞从世界范围看，头颈部恶性肿瘤的发病率较高，口腔恶性肿瘤属于头颈部肿瘤，位居全身恶性肿瘤的第六位。在我国，口腔颌面部的恶性肿瘤以鳞状细胞癌最为多见，占80%以上。口腔癌（OSCC）转移是导致患者死亡的主要原因，在肿瘤转移的过程中，肿瘤细胞诱导血管的形成、肿瘤细胞黏附能力的变化、破坏细胞外基质（ECM），肿瘤细胞的运动能力和逃避免疫监视对肿瘤的转移也起了重要作用。
