世界各国2型糖尿病的治疗达标率均远低于预期标准,在我国,仅不到1/4糖尿病患者的治疗达标[1]。在各种治疗方法疗效不满意时,启用胰岛素治疗是控制血糖达标的主要手段[2],随之而来的问题出现,如体重增加、低血糖风险、因胰岛素抵抗所致的胰岛素用量较大而降糖效果仍不理想、体内高胰岛素血症等等。GLP-1受体激动剂作为糖尿病治疗领域的热点,有效降糖同时,从各个方面弥补了胰岛素作用的缺陷与不足。以下就作者临床观察做一总结。
