Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的评价超声对胰腺癌的诊断及应用价值。方法回顾性分析2004年4月-2005年10月我院收治的胰腺癌患者,比较分析术前超声诊断与术中所见、术后病理学结果,并与CT结果对照。结果63例经临床、术中所见或术后病理证实的胰腺癌患者中胰头癌45例（71.5%）、胰体尾癌12例（19.0%）、弥漫性胰腺癌6例（9.5%）,术前行超声确诊或提示本病者54例（85.7%）,误诊6例（9.5%）,漏诊3例（4.7%）。结论超声对胰腺癌的检出率高,是一种无创、便捷的检查方法之一。
