基于全能量法的ZnO压敏电阻多片并联能量吸收特性分析

针对ZnO压敏电阻多片并联时能量吸收的问题,基于全能量分析法,通过改变ZnO压敏电阻的并联片数及压敏电压的大小,对多片并联的ZnO压敏电阻进行8/20μs波形冲击试验,可以得出以下结论:多片压敏电阻并联时,各片压敏电阻的吸收能量随着冲击电压的上升而呈现线性增长的趋势,且压敏电阻相互间的压敏电压越接近,吸收能量越均匀,该现象可以由空穴诱导隧道击穿理论解释;能量吸收比随着冲击电压的增加呈现出线性递减的趋势,从能量释放角度证明了多片并联的压敏电阻可以有效保护后级设备,对实际应用具有一定的参考价值意义。

直流换流站金属转换开关用避雷器组研究

在换流站金属转换开关(MRTB)转换操作的过程中,并联的避雷器组在开关动作后需要快速吸收大量能量。但是多柱并联结构的避雷器普遍存在氧化锌电阻片能量吸收不均的问题,在长期运行多次动作后以及环境因素影响下,避雷器组局部伏安特性降低会使较小阻抗的单柱氧化锌承受更大能量,吸收能量超出其热容量时会发生热崩溃导致击穿故障。近几年多次发生由于避雷器组损坏而导致金属转换开关转换失败的事故。为了解决避雷器故障的问题,本文以±660 kV宁东换流站为例,通过理论计算以及仿真分析提出金属转换开关避雷器参数要求 ...
