Abstract Objectives Neonates with critical congenital heart disease (CCHD) are at risk for adverse early brain development and long‐term neurodevelopmental sequelae. Insulin‐like growth factor‐1 (IGF‐1) and insulin‐like growth factor binding protein‐3 (IGFBP‐3) are essential contributors to brain growth and maturation.

cTMS can effectively improve the motor function of patients with stroke, with significant efficacy in balance and limb motor function. The therapeutic effect of cTMS was more pronounced when intervening in the subacute phase, and when the excitatory stimulation mode and moderate intensity (≤ 80% RMT) were used.

CT、MRI诊断出血性脑梗死的比较分析

出血性脑梗死在脑梗死中较为常见,并且出血性脑梗死的梗死区脑组织会出现一定的渗血或者形成血肿。脑栓塞造成的大面积脑梗死可间接诱发出血性脑梗死,其原因是多种多样的[1]。出血性脑梗死的发病机制较为复杂,其发生的可能因素是缺血后血管壁的损伤[2]。临床上采用CT及MRI来进行出血性脑梗死的诊断,本研究对98例出血性脑梗死患者的影像学资料进行回顾性分析,具体报道如下。

摘　要　为了探讨一种简易有效的治疗脑出血的手术方法,对本院近5 年来治疗的106 例高血压性脑出血病例, 采用床边经皮钻颅一次性抽吸法进行治疗,总有效率达87.7%,近期基本治愈率及显著进步率达72 .6 %, 比传统内外 科治疗方法及国内同类方法疗效更高。本法经解剖实验证实定位准确,临床使用穿刺成功率达100 %
