, 2012 糖尿病ケトアシドーシスでは，明らかな虚血性疾患によらない血清クレアチンキナーゼ（CK）値の上昇を認めることがあり，初期治療や検査に大きな影響を及ぼす。そこで，過去５年間に，糖尿病ケトアシドーシスで入院した全25例について血清CK値の検討を行った。うち，血清CK値が2,000U/L以上に達した症例は３例であった。いずれも著しい高血糖の糖尿病ケトアシドーシスの若年男性で，未治療患者であった。血清CK高値の３例と残りの22例で比較したところ，HDLコレステロール値（29.7±3.8 vs. 47.5±14.0,
