【目的】 探讨乙型肝炎病毒携带产妇血清HBV DNA含量对乳汁和新生儿血清中HBV DNA含量的影响,以指导孕期处理和母乳喂养。【方法】 选择乙型肝炎病毒携带产妇145例,采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应(FQ-PCR)技术对产妇血清,母乳和新生儿血清HBV DNA进行检测,并将产妇血清HBV DNA浓度分3级,分析产妇血清不同HBV DNA浓度级对乳汁及新生儿血清HBV DNA浓度的影响。【结果】 血清HBV DNA < 500 copies/mL的产妇74例,乳汁中检出HBV DNA阳性为零 ...

This study reconstructs the phylogeny of the Javan Hawk‐Eagle (Nisaetus bartelsi) within the subfamily Aquilinae using Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian Inference algorithms on a blood sample and GenBank data. The analysis reveals that the sampled genus Nisaetus forms a monophyletic group. Furthermore, N. bartelsi occupies a sister‐taxon of N.

改良简化的酸化血清溶血试验及其应用

目的 考察简化酸化血清溶血试验 (Ham试验 )用于筛查阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿症 (PNH)的效果。方法 对 2 0例正常人、16例PNH患者及 4 2例其它贫血患者进行用自身血清或AB血清或同型血清或混合血清的Ham试验 ,及蔗糖溶血 (糖水试验 )尿含铁血黄素检查 (Rous试验 )。结果 对已知PNH患者进行自身血清、AB血清、同型血清、混合血清的Ham试验检验 ,前三种血清阳性率均为 94 % ;而混合血清为 4 4 %。糖水试验、Rous试验阳性率分别为94 %、81%。结论 ...
