产时超声作为新的产程评估手段的体验感及接受度调查

目的探讨孕妇对产时超声（IPUS）这一新的产程评估手段的体验感及接受程度。方法对2023年2月至2024年12月入住中山大学附属第三医院岭南医院产房拟行阴道试产的180例孕妇，在临产后、实施分娩镇痛前给予IPUS及阴道检查（VE）进行产程评估，其后通过自制的问卷调查表，调查孕妇对两种检查方法的体验感及对IPUS的接受度，并采用视觉模拟疼痛量表（VAS）对检查的疼痛程度进行评分，比较孕妇对两种产程评估方法的体验感及疼痛程度的差异。结果IPUS的接受度高达96.67%（174/180，其余6例孕妇选择不确定）
