氨态氮和亚硝态氮是虾类养殖环境中最主要的污染物.在1 mg/L非离子氨态氮和1 mg/L亚硝态氮的作用条件下,罗氏沼虾血清、肝胰腺和肌肉中的酚氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶、碱性磷酸酶及酸性磷酸酶活力变化不同,经1、4、7及10天处理后,血清和肌肉酚氧化酶活力均有所降低,而肝胰腺的酚氧化酶活力则略有增高;各组织中的超氧化物歧化酶活力基本变化过程为,先增高后降低;各组织的两种磷酸酶活力则有不同程度的增高.酚氧化酶与超氧化物歧化酶活性可作为判断虾类免疫抗病能力的指标,而两种磷酸酶活性则仅可作辅助参数.

Structure and evolvement of Spirulina platensis Fe-SOD(钝顶螺旋藻Fe-SOD的结构与进化)

超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide dismutase,SOD)是一类重要的具有抗氧化损伤功能的金属酶.利用生物信息学手段,分析了钝顶螺旋藻(Spirulina platensis)Fe-SOD的结构与进化,结合此蛋白的功能,揭示了两者的内在联系:在结构上,此蛋白的中间区城(26 AA~160 AA)结构紧凑,为酶的活性中心,两端区域离活性中心较远;在进化上,此蛋白两端区域较中间区域更倾向于发生突变.并且通过Fe-SOD,首次对以上三者间特殊关系的形成机制进行了猜想与假设.

Effect of soaking of molybdenum and boron on physiological characteristics of soybean seedling(钼、硼浸种对大豆幼苗生理特性的影响)

以浙春3号大豆为研究材料,设置了不同的钼、硼水平,研究了钼、硼浸种对大豆种子的萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响.结果表明:低浓度钼或硼有利于大豆种子的萌发,钼、硼浸种时间以12 h最佳,钼浸种或不过量硼浸种将增加大豆幼苗的呼吸速率,提高过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)等抗逆性酶的活性,降低质膜透性(MP)及丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)的含量,中等浓度的钼、硼浸种效果最显著,而高浓度硼浸种将产生相反的效果.

富勒烯(C60)的吡啶溶液在光辐射下,以5,5-二甲基-1-吡咯啉-N-氧化物(DMPO)为捕捉剂,用电子自旋共振法(ESR)直接检测到很强的ESR信号,证明C60在光辐射下有自由基产生.通过计算机的ESR模拟和分析,认为得到的ESR信号为[DMPO-O2-]·与[DMPO-OH]·的叠加信号.当分别用超氧化物歧化酶和甘露醇为清除剂时,ESR信号明显降低,证明在光辐射下产生的自由基为超氧阴离子自由基()和羟自由基(OH·).
