肝功能试验综合预测肝癌病人的肝储备功能

用11项肝功能试验预测103例原发性肝癌合并肝硬变病人的手术前肝储备功能。对照术后恢复状况,对这些检查采用多因素判别法(Fisher's法)分析。推导出两个方程式。用Y1方程式预测病人术后是否出现肝功能损害,Y2方程式预测肝功能损害的程度。用方程式回代,两个方程式的预测准确率分别为88.0%和83.1%。为了更准确地预测肝储备功能,我们设计了二步判别法,其预测敏感性、准确性和阴性预测值均高于Pugh法(P<0.05)。再用此法对另外一组病人(n=60)作术前预测,准确率分别为83.3%和77.8%。

为探讨污闪电压的有效预测方法,采用支持向量机回归方法,建立盐密、灰密与污闪电压的关系模型,对污闪电压进行预测。实例分析表明,其预测结果与实测结果的误差很小,表明支持向量机是一种非常有前景的预测工具。
