为了抑制断路器合闸操作过程中的触头过冲与反弹现象,改善电机操动机构输出特性,文中通过分析电机操动机构断路器触头合闸运动过程,计算得到断路器动触头行程与驱动电机负载转矩之间数学关系,利用分段控制策略对电机操动机构驱动电机输出转矩进行调节,实现触头过冲与反弹的有效抑制。研制以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的控制装置,开展126 kV真空断路器电机操动机构合闸操作实验,对实验过程中的触头行程多组数据进行对比分析。结果表明:驱动电机在转动0°~10°,10°~36°,36°~64°角度时分别采用调制占空比1,0.
