Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1987 本文报告自1964～1981年经外科治疗的女性单侧乳腺癌1656例,随访1—18年(中位11年),有128例发生骨转移,骨转移率为7.7％。骨转移的主要部位为脊柱(46.6％),肩胛带(15.1％),骨盆带(10.9％),显示乳腺癌的骨转移与肋间——脊椎静脉系统密切相关。本组术后发生骨转移的中位时间为22个月,发现骨转移后的中位生存时间为7个月。影响乳腺癌术后骨转移的主要因素为乳腺癌的病理组织学类型及区域淋巴结转移情况。作者认为预访和减少乳腺癌骨转移率的切实可行的措施是早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗 ...
