Abstract A combination of nucleotide hepatitis C virus (HCV) nonstructural protein (NS) 5B and 5A inhibitors is a preferred standard of care for treating chronic HCV. Bemnifosbuvir is a novel oral guanosine nucleotide prodrug with potent pan‐genotypic inhibitory activity against HCV NS5B.

Abstract The sirtuin family comprises seven NAD+‐dependent enzymes which catalyze protein lysine deacylation and mono ADP‐ribosylation. Sirtuins act as central regulators of genomic stability and gene expression and control key processes, including energetic metabolism, cell cycle, differentiation, apoptosis, and aging.

Benzoxazine monomers based on sesamol, paraformaldehyde, and diamines feature a parity effect of used aliphatic diamine with a decrease in melting temperature in case of odd‐numbered diamines. Diaminopentane and ‐hexane yielded polybenzoxazines with good thermal and thermo‐mechanical properties.
