Upregulated TRMT6 forms aberrant hypermethylation of a specific tRNA pool and serves as a predictor of poor prognosis in TNBC. This m1A modification in tRNAs enhances translation of FTH1 and FTL, reducing the pool of bioavailable Fe2⁺. Reduced Fe2+ availability impairs RSL3‐induced lipid peroxidation and tumor progression.

This study reveals that XBP1s drives production of circTspan3, a circular RNA that strengthens cartilage by boosting anabolic activity and limiting cell death. Phosphorylated ANXA2 directs circTspan3 into exosomes, enabling paracrine repair. Exosomal circTspan3 expands growth‐plate cartilage and promotes in vivo regeneration, highlighting its promise ...

CRISPR‐FLEXMO (CRISPR with flexible PAM in MOF encapsulation) integrates a PAM‐relaxed Cas12a K607R enzyme with a manganese‐coordinated MOF for broad‐spectrum diagnosis of bacterial sepsis. The MOF enhances activity and preserves functionality under heat, solvent, and chaotropic stress, supporting long‐term room‐temperature storage.

Improved Equine Fecal Microbiome Characterization Using Target Enrichment by Hybridization Capture
GITDs are among the most common causes of death in adult and young horses in the United States (US). Previous studies have indicated a connection between GITDs and the equine gut microbiome. However, the low taxonomic resolution of the current microbiome

16S rRNA gene sequencing for bacterial identification and infectious disease diagnosis
Abstract16S rRNA gene sequence is the most common housekeeping genetic marker to study bacterial phylogeny and taxonomy. Therefore, 16S rRNA gene sequencing has the potential to identify novel bacteria and diagnose bacteria. This study compared 16S rRNA gene sequencing with conventional PCR for bacterial identification and disease diagnosis.

A solid‐state fermented probiotic (PYW) is developed using wheat bran as substrate, containing high viable Lacticaseibacillus paracasei and bioactive metabolites. PYW alleviates intestinal inflammation by gut microbiota composition, enriching indole derivatives, activating aryl hydrocarbon receptor signaling, and regulating macrophage polarization. PYW
