N-[(2H-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)methyl]-2-(2,2,2-trichloroacetamido)benzamide
The structure of N-[(2H-1,3-benzodioxol-5-yl)methyl]-2-(2,2,2-trichloroacetamido)benzamide was verified by using a combination of 1D and 2D NMR techniques.

Local symmetry in 2D and 3D NMR spectra
Abstract Symmetry properties of peaks in two- and three-dimensional NMR spectra are described by irreducible representations of point symmetry groups. The symmetry of peaks is derived from factorizations in terms of basic patterns and lower dimensional spectra. Procedures are indicated for the symmetry decomposition of peak multiplets.

Pharmacokinetic engineering of clickable radioligands was achieved via albumin hitchhiking approach within a pretargeted radiotheranostics delivery platform. This approach reduced rapid renal elimination, expanded bioorthogonal capture window, boosted tumor uptake by ∼3.5‐fold, and improved the tumor‐to‐liver ratio by ∼6‐fold.
