Archiv der Pharmazie, 1992AbstractAusgehend von dem Acetophenon 3 werden über die Nitrobenzyliden‐Verbindungen 4 und 5 die 1,4‐Dihydropyridine (DHP) 6 und 7 mit einem Dichlorphenoxyessigsäure‐Substituenten hergestellt. Die DHP werden zu den Pyridinen 8 und 9 oxidiert. Bei der Bestrahlung des DHP 6a entsteht die cyclische Hydroxamsäure 10.

Chemischer Informationsdienst, 1982AbstractBei der Kondensation von Salicylaldehydmethylether (I) mit 2‐Acetyl‐furan (II) erhält man unter alkalischen Bedingungen das Diketon (III), das durch weitere Kondensation mit Hydroxylamin, anschließende Permanganatoxidation und Thermolyse über das Pyridin (IVa) und die Dicarbonsäure (IVb) zum Decarboxylierungsprodukt (IVc) führt.
