Sensing‐Integrated Patient‐Derived Tumorspheres Predict Chemotherapeutic Efficacy via Local Extracellular pH Dynamics

The study introduces a 3D sensing‐integrated platform enabling real‐time, non‐invasive monitoring of pH dynamics in patient‐derived PDAC tumorspheres. It revealed distinct extracellular acidification patterns under FOLFIRINOX, gemcitabine, and paclitaxel, correlating with therapeutic efficacy.

Angiogenesis‐associated immune genes as prognostic markers and predictors of immunotherapy response in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma
