A 73-year-old woman was hospitalized with fever and back pain. Ceftriaxone (2 g/day) was administered due to suspicion of bacterial infection. On hospital day 5, ceftriaxone was replaced with cefepime.

Halide Defect Passivation in CsPbBr3 Nanocrystals Mediated by the Friedel–Crafts Reaction: Enhanced PLQY and Structural Stability Without Bandgap Modulation

Post‐treatment of CsPbBr3 nanocrystals with an AlBr3/CH2Br2 solution does not induce Al3+ substitution at Pb2+ sites. Instead, a Friedel–Crafts reaction generates Br− ions that passivate halide defects, markedly increasing PLQY and improving structural stability without bandgap modulation.
