Pinoresinol diglucoside alleviates ischemia/reperfusion‐induced brain injury by modulating neuroinflammation and oxidative stress

Pinoresinol diglucoside can exert anti‐inflammatory and antioxidant effects by regulating NF‐κB and Nrf2/HO‐1 pathways, significantly reducing middle cerebral artery occlusion‐induced neurological dysfunction in mice, and reducing infarct volume, brain water content and neuronal damage.
