This work proposes the synthesis of carbon‐based nanostructured materials obtained using ZnO as both nanos‐ template and catalysts simultaneously. During the synthesis, GO was used as a stabiliser, preventing the collapse of the 3D structure and improving its properties in terms of capacitance and surface area.

MK-801 blocks monoamine transporters expressed in HEK cells
(+)-MK-801 is known to be a specific non-competitive antagonist of N-methyl-d-aspartate (NMDA) receptors. However, besides having an anticonvulsant effect, this compound possesses a central sympathomimetic effect and an anxiolytic-like action, raising ...

Antagonism of N-methyl-D-aspartate (NMDA) receptors by phencyclidine is thought to underlie its ability to induce a schizophrenia-like syndrome in humans, yet evidence indicates it has a broader pharmacological profile.

Does the CEO's Attention Affect How Well the Firm Performs Environmentally?
ABSTRACT This study explores whether CEOs' environmental attention (CEA) enhances firms' environmental performance. Drawing on attention‐based and upper echelons theories, which emphasize that executives' cognitive focus shapes organizational outcomes, we argue that CEOs who devote greater attention to environmental issues are more likely to integrate ...

Incomplete block of NMDA receptors by intracellular MK-801 [PDF]
NMDA receptors (NMDARs) are essential components in glutamatergic synaptic signaling. The NMDAR antagonist MK-801 has been a valuable pharmacological tool in evaluating NMDAR function because it binds with high affinity to the NMDAR ion channel pore and ...

By modifying wide‐bandgap high‐Cs perovskite surfaces with quaternary ammonium salts of varying alkyl‐chain lengths, tetrapropylammonium bromide (TPABr) is shown to successfully construct a 1D/3D heterojunction. This structure effectively passivates interface defects and optimizes energy level alignment, achieving a champion efficiency of 20.14% with ...
