Clinical comparison of 99mTc-HMDP and 99mTc-MDP

The generators produced with fission contained only a few impurities, and the half-lives of their nuclides were relatively short.

Seminars in Nuclear Medicine, 1982A 60-yr-old man was admitted with a 2-mo history of weight loss, jaundice, and vague abdominal pain. Physical examination revealed hepatomegaly. Laboratory investigation confirmed hepatic dysfunction with significant elevation of alkaline phosphatase and moderate elevation of SGOT and bilirubin.
