Trajectories of Physical Function in Canadian Children with Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
Objectives We describe trajectories of physical function in children newly diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA) and identify trajectories with persisting functional impairments and associated baseline characteristics. Methods We included patients enrolled in the Canadian Alliance of Pediatric Rheumatology Investigators (CAPRI) Registry ...

We introduce a nucleic acid nanoparticle (NANP) platform designed to be rrecognized by the human innate immune system in a regulated manner. By changing chemical composition while maintaining constant architectural parameters, we identify key determinants of immunorecognition enabling the rational design of NANPs with tunable immune activation profiles

Robust and Reversible Thermofluorescence in Solvent‐Free Thermoplastic Polyurethane Composites
Thermofluorescent polymer composites with high‐contrast optical outputs are prepared by solvent‐free blending of indenoquinacridone dye into a thermoplastic polyurethane matrix. The temperature‐dependent fluorescence originates from aggregation–dissociation of the dye molecules, regulated by competing hydrogen bonds from the polymer matrix.

Real‐Time, Label‐Free Monitoring of Cell Behavior on a Bioelectronic Scaffold
A bioelectronic nanofibrous scaffold is introduced that supports cell growth while enabling real‐time, label‐free monitoring of cellular behavior through impedance measurements. The system correlates electrical signals with cell viability and surface coverage, offering an integrated platform for studying dynamic biological processes and advancing next ...
