QBP1 Peptide as a Potential Anti‐Amyloidogenic Therapy for Type 2 Diabetes: An In Vitro Study
The anti‐amyloidogenic peptide QBP1 effectively halts human islet amyloid polypeptide (hIAPP) aggregation, preventing the formation of toxic β‐structured intermediates. Through a combination of biophysical assays, molecular dynamics, and cell‐based studies, QBP1 is shown to preserve β‐cell viability and metabolic homeostasis, positioning it as a ...

Relationships Between Academic Motivation, Self-Efficacy, and Academic Procrastination
Academic procrastination can be a substantive problem for some students (Steel, 2007), and the reasons for and functions of task postponement have gained a great deal of research attention over the last 10 years. However, little research has examined academic motivation and self-efficacy as unique predictors of procrastination.

This study reveals that m6A regulators cooperatively upregulate BGN in melanoma, promoting malignancy. Within the tumor microenvironment, CAFs show highest BGN expression. The BGN/MDK axis mediates cancer‐stroma crosstalk, driving normal fibroblast (NF) activation and enhancing the pro‐tumor effect of CAFs, highlighting a promising therapeutic target ...

This study established an RT‐MSCs‐based therapeutic approach for scleroderma in mice. RT‐MSCs attenuated fibrosis by regulating mitochondrial autophagy and restored gut microbiota homeostasis. Metabolomic analyses confirmed recovery of key metabolites, and RT‐MSCs demonstrated favorable lesion targeting and safety profiles.

The functional schematic diagram of tumor associated neutrophils. Abstract Enhancing cervical cancer (CC) immunotherapy requires deciphering the heterogeneous tumor immune microenvironment (TIME), particularly neutrophil phenotypic dynamics. Here, 1) we collected 543 CC cases to find that patients with elevated neutrophil levels have a higher incidence
