Low‐Angle Grain Boundaries and Re‐Segregation in Single‐Crystalline Ni‐Base Superalloys
This work demonstrates that Re‐segregation at low‐angle grain boundaries (LAGBs) in Ni‐base superalloys is influenced by misorientation angle. Advanced microscopy and atom probe tomography reveal that higher misorientation angles increases Re‐segregation.

X-ray panorama of the SS 433/W50 complex by SRG/eROSITA
The Galactic microquasar SS 433 and the radio nebula W50 surrounding it present a prototypical example of a hyper-Eddington binary system shaping its ambient interstellar medium via energetic outflows.

New features on yttria‐stabilized zirconia after exposure at 1500°C: Newly discovered pyramidal structures on an old material. After exposure at 1550°C on the cross section of YSZ new features, namely pyramidal structures are discovered. These structures grow with time, increase in numbers, appear as singularities, are often arranged in strings, and ...

A scaling relationship for nonthermal radio emission from ordered magnetospheres
Context. Magnetic BA-type stars typically host dipole-like magnetospheres. When detected as nonthermal radio sources, their luminosities are correlated with the stellar magnetic field and rotation speed.

Towards Defect Phase Diagrams: From Research Data Management to Automated Workflows
A research data management infrastructure is presented for the systematic integration of heterogeneous experimental and simulation data required for defect phase diagrams. The approach combines openBIS with a companion application for large‐object storage, automated metadata extraction, provenance tracking and federated data access, thereby supporting ...

Thermal electrons in an ultra-relativistic shock shape the optical afterglow of GRB 250702F
Observing early optical emission from gamma-ray bursts (GRBs) contemporaneous with the MeV prompt emission phase remains rare. Such observations require rapid-response robotic facilities. The Ondřejov D50 telescope detected the optical counterpart of GRB
