1985Abstract : Our study of acetylcholinesterase (AcChE) is based on the view that the Beta-trimethylammonio substituent of acetylcholine binds at an uncharged subsite, better termed 'trimethyl' than 'anionic,' and would be more specifically explored by uncharged reagents.
