Broccoli accumulates glucoraphanin, converted to sulforaphane, which activates nuclear factor erythroid 2‐related factor 2 (Nrf2), which may reduce age‐related inflammation. Given sulforaphane's rapid excretion, we hypothesised that its effects are mediated via plasma extracellular vesicles (EVs).

The present study developed and characterized a novel copaiba oil polymeric nanoparticle (NPOC), which was efficiently internalized by breast cancer cells, exhibited greater cytotoxicity and selectivity than free copaiba oil and standard drug doxorubicin. NPOC also reduced tumor growth and migration in 3D models.

Chondrocyte‐targeted CS‐NAC nanoparticles restore redox balance, inhibit ferroptosis, and protect cartilage under mechanical stress. This nanoplatform enhances joint retention, elevates GPX4 activity, and attenuates osteoarthritis progression, offering a promising disease‐modifying therapeutic strategy.

This study develops core@shell nanocarriers with an exceptionally high chemotherapy drug payload, exhibiting strong cytotoxic effects. Using this adaptable nanocarrier‐synthesis platform, herein, the cellular uptake pathway and intracellular journey of the nanocarriers are elucidated with different probe‐based imaging strategies.
