MET and NF2 alterations confer primary and early resistance to first‐line alectinib treatment in ALK‐positive non‐small‐cell lung cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Alectinib resistance in ALK+ NSCLC depends on treatment sequence and EML4‐ALK variants. Variant 1 exhibited off‐target resistance after first‐line treatment, while variant 3 and later lines favored on‐target mutations. Early resistance involved off‐target alterations, like MET and NF2, while on‐target mutations emerged with prolonged therapy.

Absolute Dating of Fault-Gouge Material Using Isothermal Thermoluminescence: An Example from the Nojima Fault Zone, SW Japan

open access: yesGeosciences
Establishing the absolute age of palaeoearthquakes is of great significance for the assessment of the seismicity and seismic hazards of a region. As such, several different geochronological techniques to date earthquake-related material have been ...

A novel arc suppression method based on active voltage control

open access: yesEnergy Reports, 2022
The passive current arc-suppression cannot compensate the active and harmonic components, active current arc-suppression has poor  reliability and economy, the passive voltage arc-suppression is easy to enlarge the fault range.

Tonic signaling of the B‐cell antigen‐specific receptor is a common functional hallmark in chronic lymphocytic leukemia cell phosphoproteomes at early disease stages

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
B‐cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia (B‐CLL) and monoclonal B‐cell lymphocytosis (MBL) show altered proteomes and phosphoproteomes, analyzed using mass spectrometry, protein microarrays, and western blotting. Identifying 2970 proteins and 316 phosphoproteins, including 55 novel phosphopeptides, we reveal BCR and NF‐kβ/STAT3 signaling in disease ...

The basic characteristics of active faults in the region of Xigaze,Xizang and the assessment of potential earthquake disaster risks

open access: yes地震科学进展
China is one of the countries in the world with the most frequent occurrence of continental earthquakes and the greatest impacts of earthquake disasters. In particular, the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau is a region characterized by a wide spatial distribution of

Numerical Simulation on Faulting: Microscopic evolution, macroscopic interaction and rupture process of earthquakes [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of the Seismological Society of Japan (Zisin) 61 (2009) S403-S413, 2010
We review the recent researches of numerical simulations on faulting, which are interpreted in this paper as the evolution of the state of the fault plane and the evolution of fault structure. The theme includes the fault constitutive (friction) law, the properties of the gauge particles, the initial phase of the rupture, the dynamic rupture process ...
