Modeling hepatic fibrosis in TP53 knockout iPSC‐derived human liver organoids
This study developed iPSC‐derived human liver organoids with TP53 gene knockout to model human liver fibrosis. These organoids showed elevated myofibroblast activation, early disease markers, and advanced fibrotic hallmarks. The use of profibrotic differentiation medium further amplified the fibrotic signature seen in the organoids.

Relationship Between Recurrent Magnetic Flux Rope and Moving Magnetic Features
Large-scale magnetic flux ropes (MFRs) usually become visible during an eruption and are the core structures of coronal mass ejections, but the nature of MFRs is still a mystery. Here, we identify a large transequatorial MFR that spans across NOAA 13373 (

Adaptaquin selectively kills glioma stem cells while sparing differentiated brain cells. Transcriptomic and proteomic analyses show Adaptaquin disrupts iron and cholesterol homeostasis, with iron chelation amplifying cytotoxicity via cholesterol depletion, mitochondrial dysfunction, and elevated reactive oxygen species.

Development and validation of a ground-based Asymmetric Spatial Heterodyne Spectroscopy (ASHS) system for sounding neutral wind in the mesopause [PDF]
Winds in the mesopause region are key to understanding atmospheric dynamics. This study presents a novel ground-based Asymmetric Spatial Heterodyne Spectroscopy (ASHS) system designed to measure these winds by observing the nighttime green line airglow ...

ERRFI1, a neural crest (NC)‐associated gene, was upregulated in melanoma and negatively correlated with the expression of melanocytic differentiation markers and the susceptibility of melanoma cells toward BRAF inhibitors (BRAFi). Knocking down ERRFI1 significantly increased the sensitivity of melanoma cells to BRAFi.
