Metastasis of bronchogenic adenocarcinoma to renal adenocarcinoma occurred in a 79-year-old woman. The bronchogenic adenocarcinoma metastasized widely to various organs, whereas the renal adenocarcinoma was nonmetastatic. This case brings the total reported number of cancer-to-cancer metastases to 37.

Abstract Of 65 intraoral salivary gland tumors received by the Department of Pathology, Dental Faculty, University of Oslo between 1957 and 1979, 13 (20%) were diagnosed as adenocarcinomas. Twenty-five patients with pure primary adenocarcinoma of the bladder were treated in a fifteen-year period. Practically all patients presented with some combination of gross hematuria, irritative lower urinary tract symptoms, or obstruction. Almost half the lesions were at the dome of the bladder.
