This study confirms that extracellular vesicles (EVs) derived from mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) or HEK293F cells overexpressing CD24 have anti‐inflammatory effects in macrophages and monocytes. Further loading either of these EVs with an anti‐Myd88 peptide synergistically enhanced the anti‐inflammatory effects of the EVs.

A Smart and Highly Porous Hydrogel for Diabetic Wound Healing
A novel hydrogel comprising a dual‐crosslinked network of Poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) and Gum Arabic (GA) with superior mechanical and anti‐inflammatory properties is designed for advanced diabetic wound healing. Abstract Conventional hydrogels often suffer from poor mechanical strength, limited bioactivity, and uncontrolled therapeutic ...

Rheumatoid arthritis, a chronic inflammatory joint disease, faces limitations with conventional therapies. Dissolving microneedles (DMNs) enable biocompatible, high‐capacity transdermal drug delivery. However, skin elasticity challenges their strength, limiting drug release depth.
