CCN1 modulates the tumor microenvironment in pancreatic cancer by promoting collagen‐dependent chemokine production, thereby facilitating immune evasion. Deletion of CCN1 not only suppresses tumor growth but also enhances immune cell infiltration and increases tumor sensitivity to both chemotherapy and immunotherapy.

In Vitro Evaluation of Glycoengineered RSV-F in the Human Artificial Lymph Node Reactor
Subunit vaccines often require adjuvants to elicit sustained immune activity. Here, a method is described to evaluate the efficacy of single vaccine candidates in the preclinical stage based on cytokine and gene expression analysis.

Human innate responses and adjuvant activity of TLR ligands in vivo in mice reconstituted with a human immune system [PDF]
TLR ligands (TLR-Ls) represent a class of novel vaccine adjuvants. However, their immunologic effects in humans remain poorly defined in vivo. Using a humanized mouse model with a functional human immune system, we investigated how different TLR-Ls ...

The tumor microenvironment‐responsive nanoagonists are developed using an organic–inorganic copolymer composed of the polymer (PC6AB) and manganous phosphate ionic oligomers (MnP). PC6AB with membranolytic activity selectively interacts with tumor cell membranes to induce immunogenic cell death, while MnP activates the STING pathway in immune cells ...

MAGEA6 Engages a YY1‐Dependent Transcription to Dictate Perineural Invasion in Colorectal Cancer
This study investigates the role of MAGEA6 in perineural invasion (PNI) in colorectal cancer (CRC). MAGEA6 promotes CRC invasiveness by inhibiting YY1 ubiquitination, enhancing CXCL1 secretion, and recruiting Schwann cells. These findings highlight the potential of targeting the MAGEA6/YY1/CXCL1 axis for therapeutic strategies against PNI and tumor ...

This study develops lipid nanoparticle‐encapsulated mRNA‐encoding antibodies (mRNab‐LNPs) targeting CD19, demonstrating robust anti‐CD19 antibody production in vivo. Intramuscular injection of mRNab‐LNPs reduces CD19+ B and plasma cells in lupus and rheumatoid arthritis mice, significantly alleviating histopathological changes and tissue injuries of ...
