Schooling Trajectories and the Development of Brain Dynamics: A Comparative Study of Montessori and Traditional Education

We investigate whether Montessori and traditional schooling systems shape the developmental trajectory of large‐scale brain dynamics in different ways. We quantify the arrow of time (“non‐reversibility”) in neural activity during resting state and movie‐watching, revealing distinct maturational patterns.

The Relationship between Alexithymic Tendencies and Stress in Adolescence [PDF]

本研究では青年期におけるアレキシサイミア傾向とストレスの関連について検討することを目的とした。大学生・大学院生68名(男性21名、女性47名)から得られたデータを分析した結果、アレキシサイミアの因子として、①感情認識の欠如、②感情表出の欠如、③想像力の欠如の3因子が抽出された。これらに基づく尺度を用いて、重回帰分析を行ったところ、感情認識の欠如は対人ストレスの対人劣等と対人衝突との間に有意な関連が認められ、また感情認識の欠如はストレス反応の不全感と関連がみられた。以上の結果から ...

Using National Database open data from 2014 to 2023, this nationwide study visualizes age‐, sex‐, and region‐specific trends in groin hernia surgery in Japan. Laparoscopic surgery, outpatient surgery, and manual reduction were analyzed to estimate lifetime surgical burden and patterns of emergency‐related healthcare utilization at the population level.
