Advanced Materials Technologies, EarlyView.The dual‐gate coplanar a‐IGZO/C‐IGO/a‐IGZO TFT is investigated, exhibiting a high filed‐effect mobility of 53.81 cm2 V−1s−1 with excellent stability.
