Magnetic Control of Chiral Hybridized Phonon Magnetic Moments in Ferrimagnets Fe2‐xZnxMo3O8

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Helicity‐resolved magneto‐Raman spectroscopy reveals magnetic control of chiral phonon magnetic moments in polar ferrimagnet (ZnxFe2−xMo3O₈). Large spontaneous zero‐field phonon splittings, selective phonon–magnon coupling, and asymmetric Zeeman responses demonstrate that phonon chirality is governed by magnon‐phonon coupling and magnetization.

AFM-IR images show a non-mineralized layer (osteoid) not observed with FTIR.

open access: yes, 2018
Images acquired on the same cancellous bone samples with AFM-IR (right column) and FTIR (left and middle columns). The images in the left column were acquired with FTIR; the rectangles indicate the areas where the corresponding AFM-IR images were ...

DNA‐Templated 2D Heterostructures as Phototriggered Dynamic Nanohybrids: From Releasing Molecular Loads to Controlling Enzyme Biocatalytic Function

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
DNA strands are employed both as dynamic linkers and nanoscale templates for the integration of Ag2S nanoparticles on MoS2, which in turn imparted photothermal responsiveness; this feature permits the selective cargo (fluorophore, quantum dots or an enzyme) release from the MoS2 surface in response to local heat induced by light irradiation.

AFM-Based Probing of the Flexibility and Surface Attachment of Immobilized DNA Origami

open access: yes, 2018
The flexible and precise immobilization of self-organizing DNA nanostructures represents a key step in the integration of DNA-based material for potential electronic or sensor applications. However, the involved processes have still not been well studied
