Agile Response and Collaborative Agile Workflows
International Journal of Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management, 2012Crisis response tests the limits of information technologies which aim to support collaboration. This paper develops a vision of IT supported ‘agile response’ and explores the potential and challenges for workflows in this context. The authors delineate ‘collaborative agile workflows’ as a candidate response to these challenges.
