Advanced Science, EarlyView.This study reveals the tumor‐suppressive role of TRIM38 in colorectal cancer (CRC). TRIM38 is downregulated through DNA hypermethylation and correlates with unfavorable clinical features and poor prognosis. Mechanistically, TRIM38 inhibits CRC progression by promoting K48‐linked ubiquitination of CCT6A, leading to the destabilization of c‐Myc.

Advanced Science, EarlyView.Targeted regulation of pyroptosis to modulate the immune landscape is a novel design strategy for cancer immunotherapy and anti‐inflammatory treatment. Pyroptosis, as a double‐edged sword, underscores the importance of optimizing the design strategy of functional materials and appropriately activating pyroptosis for the effective treatment of diseases.
