TRIM38 Suppresses the Progression of Colorectal Cancer via Enhancing CCT6A Ubiquitination to Inhibit the MYC Pathway

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
This study reveals the tumor‐suppressive role of TRIM38 in colorectal cancer (CRC). TRIM38 is downregulated through DNA hypermethylation and correlates with unfavorable clinical features and poor prognosis. Mechanistically, TRIM38 inhibits CRC progression by promoting K48‐linked ubiquitination of CCT6A, leading to the destabilization of c‐Myc.

Boosting environmental management: The mediating role of Industry 4.0 between environmental assets and economic and social firm performance

open access: yesBusiness Strategy and the Environment, Volume 32, Issue 1, Page 753-768, January 2023., 2023
Abstract The adoption of new innovative ecosystems linked to Industry 4.0 (I4.0) in industrial firms has created new opportunities for performance. In this study, we investigate whether I4.0 can reinforce environmental asset management in achieving firm economic and social performance. We intend to contrast the existence of I4.0‐based reward mechanisms

Software Development Under Stringent Hardware Constraints: Do Agile Methods Have a Chance? [PDF]

open access: yesLecture Notes in Computer Science, vol 2675. Springer, Berlin, Heidelberg, 2003, 2017
Agile software development methods have been suggested as useful in many situations and contexts. However, only few (if any) experiences are available regarding the use of agile methods in embedded domain where the hardware sets tight requirements for the software. This development domain is arguably far away from the agile home ground.

Functional Materials Targeted Regulation of Gasdermins: From Fundamentals to Functionalities and Applications

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Targeted regulation of pyroptosis to modulate the immune landscape is a novel design strategy for cancer immunotherapy and anti‐inflammatory treatment. Pyroptosis, as a double‐edged sword, underscores the importance of optimizing the design strategy of functional materials and appropriately activating pyroptosis for the effective treatment of diseases.
