Inhalable Hsa‐miR‐30a‐3p Liposomes Attenuate Pulmonary Fibrosis
The study explores inhalable hsa‐miR‐30a‐3p‐loaded liposomes as a treatment for bleomycin‐induced pulmonary fibrosis in mice. Hsa‐miR‐30a‐3p is electroporated into liposomes and formulated into a dry powder for inhalation. Delivered via dry powder inhalation, it improves pulmonary function, promotes myofibroblast de‐differentiation by targeting CNPY2 ...

State Estimation For An Agonistic-Antagonistic Muscle System [PDF]
Research on assistive technology, rehabilitation, and prosthesis requires the understanding of human machine interaction, in which human muscular properties play a pivotal role. This paper studies a nonlinear agonistic-antagonistic muscle system based on the Hill muscle model.

Beta-agonists have been widely used in the treatment of asthma for many years Although concerns have been expressed over their safety based largely upon epidemics of increased mortality in asthmatics associated with high doses of isoprenaline in the 1960s and fenoterol in the 1970s and 1980s, the specific beta2-agonists are vital drugs in asthma ...

Advances in Microfluidic Cochlea‐On‐A‐Chip
This review systematically examines diverse cell sources for inner ear organoids and outlines stepwise induction protocols. Furthermore, it discusses current applications and prospective developments of cochlea‐on‐a‐chip technologies in areas such as deafness modeling, mechanistic studies, and drug evaluation, with particular focus on gene‐therapy drug

Towards monitoring conformational changes of the GPCR neurotensin receptor 1 by single-molecule FRET [PDF]
Neurotensin receptor 1 (NTSR1) is a G protein-coupled receptor that is important for signaling in the brain and the gut. Its agonist ligand neurotensin (NTS), a 13-amino-acid peptide, binds with nanomolar affinity from the extracellular side to NTSR1 and induces conformational changes that trigger intracellular signaling processes.

On agonistic narratives of migration
The aim of this article is to apply the concept of agonism to the study of migration and migration narratives in order to shed new light upon a complex field and contribute to the countering of neo-nationalist right-wing populism. Following Chantal Mouffe, the author argues that agonistic narrative traits can be found in already existing cultural ...
