Retinoic Acid Reprograms Mast Cells Toward a Proinflammatory State to Enhance Antitumor Immunity

Proinflammatory mast cells represent an MHC‐IIhigh, cytokine‐producing mast cell subset associated with improved survival and enhanced responses to anti‐PD‐1 therapy. Retinoic acid drives their polarization, enabling antigen uptake and presentation, and T cell recruitment and activation, collectively promoting adaptive anti‐tumor immunity.

Clinofibrate Disrupts the SNORA80B/YTHDC1‐Driven M6A Modification to Suppress Cholesterol Metabolism and Cisplatin Resistance in ESCC

This study uncovers a non‐canonical role of SNORA80B in ESCC, showing it mediates AR‐driven metabolic reprogramming via N⁶‐methyladenosine (m6A) methylation. By binding YTHDC1, SNORA80B stabilizes cholesterol‐metabolic enzyme mRNAs and promotes tumor progression. The FDA‐approved drug clinofibrate inhibits SNORA80B by disrupting cholesterol homeostasis,

Chronic psychological stress activates prolactin signaling to reprogram dermal fibroblasts into APCDD1+ inflammatory effectors via NR4A1, driving midkine secretion. This paracrine hub amplifies keratinocyte proliferation and immune recruitment, thus exacerbating skin inflammation.
