In a country in which about one third of employed population working in agriculture, this paper aim was to evaluate the place and role of the primary sector in Romania’s economy resistance in the face of major economic crisis. The economic resilience was investigated in territorial perspective, at NUTS 3 level – the 42 counties of Romania.
