Study of the chemical evolution and spectral signatures of some interstellar precursor molecules of adenine, glycine alanine [PDF]
We carry out a quantum chemical calculation to obtain the infrared and electronic absorption spectra of several complex molecules of the interstellar medium (ISM). These molecules are the precursors of adenine, glycine & alanine. They could be produced in the gas phase as well as in the ice phase.

Alanine aminotransferase (AlaAT, E.C.2.6.1.2) catalyzes the reversible conversion of pyruvate and glutamate to alanine and α-oxoglutarate. The AlaAT gene family has been well studied in some herbaceous plants, but has not been well characterized in woody

Synthetic Strategy for mRNA Encapsulation and Gene Delivery with Nanoscale Metal‐Organic Frameworks
This research utilizes the ZIF‐8 for the encapsulation and intracellular delivery of nucleic acids, specifically mRNA, for applications in gene delivery. Integrating PEI addresses the issue of mRNA leakage from ZIF‐8, resulting in the delivery and expression of green fluorescent protein (GFP) in vitro and firefly luciferase in vivo.

The effect of 8 weeks of circuit training on body weight, blood pressure, serum Cholesterol levels and liver enzymes in elderly women with metabolic syndrome [PDF]
Introduction: Inactive lifestyle is a very important risk factor for the development of many diseases, including metabolic syndrome. In aging, in addition to aging-related problems, some elderly people develop metabolic syndrome, which is more common in ...

Global and Local Interpretation of black-box Machine Learning models to determine prognostic factors from early COVID-19 data [PDF]
The COVID-19 corona virus has claimed 4.1 million lives, as of July 24, 2021. A variety of machine learning models have been applied to related data to predict important factors such as the severity of the disease, infection rate and discover important prognostic factors.
