Determination of Egg Yolk and Albumen Main Quality Characteristics by Image Processing Techniques
2023This study introduces tools to assess the internal quality characteristics of eggs through the analysis of color digital images, comparing classical methods with a video camera-based software product. Strong statistical relationships were found for key quality characteristics of hen and quail eggs.
