Time‐Resolved Multi‐Omics Identify Biomarkers of Immediate Reactions to mRNA Vaccination
We compared early vaccine‐induced immune and metabolic signatures and downstream immunity after second and booster BNT162b2 doses in participants with sARs, ISSRs, or no reactions. Neutrophil mobilization, antiviral programs, and robust anti‐S‐antibody responses occurred across reaction groups.

We assessed whether the maternal perinatal gut microbiome and serum SCFA and cord blood SCFA differ between traditional farming and urban dyads. Women following a farming lifestyle had increased microbial diversity, several differentially abundant bacterial species and functional pathways, and increased circulating SCFA. Overall maternal gut microbiome

Gene expression of Ara h 2‐specific B cells over the course of the peanut OIT. Isotype of allergen‐specific B cells changes through OIT towards IgG4. Peanut OIT changes the gene expression of allergen‐specific memory B cells. OIT patients showed increased gene expression for regulatory B cells and immune regulation.

Adherence to Treatment in Allergic Rhinitis During the Pollen Season in Europe: A MASK‐air Study
In a study assessing mobile health data, (i) adherence to rhinitis medication was highest for oral antihistamines and lowest for azelastine‐fluticasone, (ii) in weeks of partial adherence, azelastine‐fluticasone was associated with lower levels of reported rhinitis symptoms than other medication classes.

Global Asthma Network Phase I surveyed children, adolescents, and adults worldwide to assess the prevalence of asthma, rhinoconjunctivitis, and eczema. Human Development Index (HDI) and Gini inequality index (GinI) were important explanatory factors for prevalence variability of these conditions, with hotspots in areas with high HDI and high GinI ...

Ligand binding represses bacterial histidine kinase activity by inhibiting its dimerization
PdtaS is a kinase in the pathogen Mycobacterium tuberculosis that senses copper and nitric oxide and controls virulence gene expression, but how the kinase senses these compounds was unclear. We show that PdtaS is active as a dimer with each monomer phosphorylating the other in trans.

Multiple food allergy is an adverse immune response to more than one food. When a child is allergic to a great number of foods, the clinical picture can be serious and the eviction of the implied allergens leads to important dietary restrictions. We describe the case of a 4-year-old child with serious atopic eczema and multiple food allergy.
